Olivia H. Stoner is an Estate Planning Attorney who specializes in the area of estate planning,probate, tangled title real estate matters and trust administration.
Olivia assists clients in planning for the needs of their families by developing effective estateplans and drafting estate–planning documents to take advantage of tax efficient strategies in the lifetime management and transfer of wealth.
Olivia has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Wilberforce University,a Master of Arts Degree in Teaching from Antioch College, a Law Degree from the University ofPittsburgh School of Law, a Certified Financial Planner designation from the College of Financial
Planning, an Advanced Administration of Estates and Trust Certification from Cannon FinancialInstitute, along with an Estate Practice Series Certificate from the Pennsylvania Bar Association.
Prior to going into private practice in 2003, Olivia worked in the area of wealth management for
over twenty-three years as a Trust and Estate Administrator and a Private Client Advisor for a
local bank trust department.
Olivia is a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association, having previously served on the Probate
Sections Executive Committee and Education Committee; the Financial Planning Association;
the Philadelphia Estate Planning Council; the Barrister’s Association; and the National Bar
Association, Women’s Law Division. She also served on the Board of Directors of the West
Philadelphia Branch YWCA; the Urban Financial Services Coalition of Philadelphia; and the
Philadelphia Tri-State Area Financial Planning Association, and the Board of Directors of the
Greater Philadelphia Minority Business Strategic Alliance (GPMBSA).
Olivia has conducted Wealth Building Symposiums and Estate Planning Seminars for UNCF,
Fannie Mae, Howard University, McAuley Institute, Universal Companies, Rainbow PUSH Wall
Street Project, PA Bar Institute, local churches, college alumni associations, and various other
organizations and radio interviews. She also works with October Gallery’s Art Expo’s and author
of numerous estate planning articles.
